Meet Catherine Lewis
Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner & Sleep Coach
I am a Kansas City native and am thrilled to call it home! After graduating from the Pembroke Hill School, I attended Wake Forest University for my undergraduate degree in Spanish and Music before beginning nursing school at Mizzou in 2013. Upon graduation, my husband and I were married and moved to St. Louis. I worked as a NICU nurse at Cardinal Glennon Childrenʼs Hospital where my heart for babies grew exponentially! We lived there until we relocated back to Kansas City at the end of 2018. I completed my masterʼs degree in nursing from UMKC in 2019 and started working as a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care shortly after our daughter was born.
As a new mother, I quickly learned firsthand how vital predictable sleep is for the entire family! It is the foundation for our health, both physically and mentally. I turned to this program for guidance and am so grateful for the routine we developed as a family unit. After personally experiencing the benefits of the Association Fading method, I decided to become a sleep coach and further enhance my medical background. We now have a son, plus a third baby on the way, and I will continue to practice what I preach in establishing gentle but effective techniques. I would love to care for your child and help you achieve restful sleep!
