We accept payments via credit card, as well as HSA. 

• 24-hour, non-use. Refunds are available if you notify Catherine Carezzz within 24 hours of purchase and you have not used any part of the services. Please provide written notice to catherine.carezzz@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. 

• Cancellation after plan creation but prior to implementation. Such cancellation will be subject to a partial refund that is up to the discretion of Catherine Carezzz. 

• Appropriate time to utilize services. You have 30 days from the initial consultation date to implement the services youʼve received. After this point, you will forfeit any remaining follow-up support services that are part of your purchase.
